Delivery rates up to 400 m3/h and delivery pressures up to 150 bar. 

The KOS type sludge pump is a double piston pump with hydraulic drive. 

The pump is equipped with a large inlet hopper that mainly prevents the formation of bridges in case of dense sludge. Inside the hopper moves the S-transfer tube - a conical tube slightly bent in the shape of an S - as a connecting element between the delivery cylinder and the pipeline. The S-transfer tube is operated by hydraulic jacks, is alternately positioned in front of the two inlet openings of the delivery cylinder. During the return stroke of the piston, the media is sucked directly from the hopper (mostly with the help of the double auger feeding device in order to obtain a good filling of the cylinders). During the delivery stroke of the piston, the media is pushed through the S-transfer tube into the delivery pipe.
