Used for high viscosity pasty medias containing less foreign bodies with small particle sizes (<15 mm).

Delivery rates up to 200 m3/h and delivery pressures up 130 bar. 

The HSP type sludge pump is a double (possibly also single) piston pump with hydraulic drive. The pump is equipped with a collection hopper (in the case of fluid sludge) or a double screw feeding device (THS) in the case of thick sludge.
In this way the pump is able to pump fluid sludge and highly viscous or particularly dense medias over large distances.
This is especially for fluid medias which are particularly abrasive. Depending on the type of construction, the pump operates almost continuously with low pulsations in the discharge pipe. In case of high pressures, it is necessary to use pressure dampers.
