 Eccentric screw pump B70V 25.2 and 50.1

The Lutz eccentric pumps serie B70V 25.2 and 50.1 are powerful pumps for highly viscous and pasty media, through to the flowability limit such as viscous mineral oils, cosmetic products, food products, resins, emulsions, colors, etc .

Features:
  • For highly viscous and pasty media, through to the flowability limit from 1-100,000 mPas
  • Volumetric pump with gear reducer according to the "eccentric screw" principle
  • Suitable for all Lutz universal and compressed air motors
  • Easy disassembly of the external tube
  • Explosion proof eccentric screw pump approved category 1/2 (acc. to ATEX)
  • Sealing system: Mechanical seal (MS) or packing gland (St)
  • Drive shaft: Torsion shaft (TS) or universal joint shaft (UJ)
  • Length: 1100 mm
 

Pump tube in PURE version also available with Tri-Clamp-connection. 
All materials coming into contact with the pumped medium are physiologically safe. 
The pump tubes are mainly used in the food-, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry
