 Eccentric screw pump B70V-SR e B70V-HD-SR 12.1 e 25.1

Lutz eccentric screw pump B70V-SR and B70V-HD-SR 12.1 and 25.1 is suitable for the transfer of aqueous up to highly viscous substances with or without fibrous and solids matters such as viscous mineral oils, cosmetic products, food products, resins, emulsions, colors, etc.

Features:
  • For cutting sensitive and sticky fluids from 1 to 30,000 mPas (universal motors) and from 1 to 100,000 mPas (compressed air motors)
  • Volumetric pump with gear reducer according to the "eccentric screw" principle
  • Suitable for all Lutz universal and compressed air motors
  • Easy disassembly of the external tube
  • Explosion proof eccentric screw pump approved category 1/2 (acc. to ATEX)
  • Sealing system: Mechanical seal (MS) or packing gland (St)
  • Drive shaft: Torsion shaft (TS) or universal joint shaft (UJ)
  • Length: 1000 mm
              
Pump tube in PURE version also available with Tri-Clamp-connection.
All materials coming into contact with the pumped medium are physiologically safe. 
The pump tubes are mainly used in the food-, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry
