 Eccentric screw pump B70V 75.1

The Lutz eccentric pump serie B70V 75.1 is a powerful pump for highly viscous and pasty media, through to the flowability limit such as viscous mineral oils, cosmetic products, food products, resins, emulsions, colors, etc .

Features:
  • For highly viscous and pasty media, through to the flowability limit from 1-100,000 mPas
  • Special rotor/stator geometry with a flow rate increase of 50%
  • Suitable for all Lutz universal and compressed air motors
  • As option, motors with integrated frequency converter
  • Easy disassembly of the external tube
  • Sealing system: Mechanical seal (MS)
  • Drive shaft: universal joint shaft (UJ)
  • Length:  1100 m   

Pump tube in PURE version also available with Tri-Clamp-connection. 
All materials coming into contact with the pumped medium are physiologically safe. 
The pump tubes are mainly used in the food-, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry
