The stroke movement of the mechanically driven piston pump is transmitted hydraulically to the multilayer diaphragm. An integrated compensating valve guarantees outstanding dosing accuracy and provides optimal overload protection: in case of unacceptable too high pressure, the hydraulic fluid can escape into the compensating valve.
